Long-stay rental charges (more than 1 month):

Electricity is not included in the rent and must be paid for separately. The cost of electricity ranges from 2 to 5 euros per day (depending on air-conditioning usage).

We require a deposit of 200 euros, payable in cash upon your arrival at the flat. The deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your stay.
